REGISTRATION FOR THE EDIBLE PEDAL 100 WILL BE CLOSING. This is a reminder that on-line registration for the ride closes at midnight on September 11, 2012. We will be accepting walk-up registrations on Saturday, September 15, 2012, at Great Basin Bicycles in Reno from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, be advised that our limit is 1,000 riders. Once we hit the 1,000 rider mark, registration will be closed without exception. If we have not reached the 1,000 rider number as of 5:00 p.m. on September 15, 2012, then walk-up registration will be available at Bowers Mansion beginning at 5:30 a.m. on ride day, September 16, 2012, until we have reached the 1,000 rider limit.
TRANSFERS. If a rider has signed up for the ride, but can no longer attend the event, the rider may transfer his or her registration to another rider. Transfers may be made in person at rider check-in on Saturday, September 15, 2012, at Great Basin Bicycles in Reno from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., or at ride day at Bowers Mansion beginning at 6:30 a.m. To transfer a registration, the transferor must send written authorization with the transferee to the check-in, and the transferee must sign the waiver of liability form and fill out the transfer form.
RIDER NUMBER AND PACKET PICK UP. It is necessary that all riders personally sign a waiver of liability form. If you desire that another person pick up your rider number and packet at the rider check-in, you must provide that person with your signed waiver of liability form to present at the rider check-in. The waiver of liability form can be printed from the Edible Pedal 100 website, under Rider Information. You will find the printable form under Rider Info/Download Registration Form. BE ADVISED THAT WE CANNOT ALLOW NON-RIDER PICK-UP WITHOUT THE SIGNED WAIVER OF LIABILITY FORM.
